| Presidents Fund |
| The President's Fund provides crucial operating resources for all
areas of the school. Because tuition pays for only 75% of the expense
of a Bosco education, the rest must be made up through contributions
from alumni, parents, and friends. This 25% gap between tuition and
expenses is one especially critical area of need.
Over half of Bosco's students require some type of financial aid,
and we are capable of providing tuition assistance to only half of
these. These scholarship dollars are made possible through Annual
Fund donations-another significant area of need.
Your gift helps provide funds for financial aid and scholarships,
state-of-the-art computer labs, maintaining and upgrading technological
facilities, and much more.
Because many foundation grants and corporate contributions are restricted
to schools with a 20% alumni giving rate, we are focused on bringing
alumni participation up from our current 8%. If alumni would participate
in the President's Fund and help raise our current participation rate,
we would be eligible for these important grants to benefit students
and faculty.

| Scholarship Fund |
| Giving to the Scholarship Fund enables us to provide much needed
financial aid to students that would otherwise not be able to partake
of our unique educational experience.
Student learning is the core purpose of Bosco Tech and the force that
drives the future. Creating an endowed scholarship assists the school
in attracting and retaining the best-qualified and most deserving
students. An investment in scholarship can help defray a student's
educational expenses while encouraging the student to further his
educational vision. It is an investment in the future of the student,
the school, and the legacy of the donor.

| Capital Campaign |
| Don Bosco Technical Institute aspires to greatness.
You see it every day on campus in the excellence of the students,
faculty, and staff as well as in the quality of facilities and programs.
As Bosco approaches the celebration of its 50th anniversary in 2005,
it seeks to strengthen further its distinction as a school recognized
for its unique combination of academic and technical excellence, and
strong Salesian tradition.
Engineering the Future: Expansion for Excellence, an integrated, multi-phased,
fund-raising initiative, grows out of the commitment to continual
improvement. This campaign will enable us to improve the high quality
of student-centered education Bosco provides.
You are invited to help write the next chapter in the history of Bosco
Tech by investing in the campaign. However notable Bosco's current
achievements and strong its reputation, the school must continue to
press forward to meet the challenges of the future. The world needs
young leaders educated in the Salesian tradition more than ever before.
Your support will enable Bosco to continue to provide a rigorous education
grounded in values for academically talented students.
